1. How can I request early check-in/late checkout?
Simply call the front desk on the day of your arrival or departure and we will accommodate you based on availability.
2. Can I bring my pet?
The Naples Grande Resort does not allow pets with the exception of special-needs-assistance dogs.
3. Can I add rooms to my reservation at a later date?
Yes, you may add rooms to your reservation based on availability. However, the room rate you have at the time of the initial booking is not guaranteed - prices are based on availability and current rates and are subject to change.
4. How can I book rooms that are next to each other?
You may request adjoining rooms at the time you make your reservation in the Special Requests section.
5. Is wireless Internet available in the rooms?
Internet access is available in all guest rooms and suites; wireless Internet service is available in all public areas such as lobbies, outdoor areas and pool decks.
6. Do you partner with any Frequent Flyer travel programs? How many points can I get for staying here?
We do not partner with any Frequent Flyer travel programs at this time.
7. Can I upgrade to a different room once I get to the hotel?
You may inquire about a room upgrade at time of check in and we will be happy to honor your request based on availability at that time.
8. Can I request and reserve a specific room?
While we do our best to honor your needs, we cannot guarantee a specific room.

9. What are package prices based on? How many people I can reserve a package for?
Package pricing is based on two people. Rates indicate single/double additional charge for 3rd or 4th person. Package inclusions do not apply to 3rd and 4th persons unless specifically indicated. (In other words, package pricing applies to your room rate only, not your selected package activity, unless specifically noted otherwise.)
10. Does the "Best Rate Guarantee" apply to packages?
Packages are already based on the best value for each individual package component, so by purchasing a package, you're essentially getting the best rate.
11. Can I change the details of my package components (ie, golf)?
No. Package components are non-transferable and non-refundable. No substitutions are allowed (per rate card).

12. How do you ensure that my personal and billing information is truly secure?
We're committed to protecting your privacy and your personal information. Information provided to us is protected against unauthorized access through state-of-the-art firewall technology. The connection between computer and us is protected through industry-standard SSL encryption technology. Our Privacy Policy describes the rules we follow to ensure your information is not shared inappropriately with third parties.

15. How can I get a copy of my bill? I usually drop my key in the box when I check out.
You may call the Accounts Receivable department at 800-247-9810 or 239-597-3232. You may be required to give us your dates of stay and contact information (fax number, e-mail address or home mailing address) in order to receive a copy of your bill.
16. What services do you provide for guests with special needs?
The Naples Grande Resort is in full compliance with ADA guidelines. Our Parking & Building Access, Common Areas, Conference Rooms, Restaurants & Lounges, Recreation Areas and Guestrooms are all fully equipped with wheelchair-accessible features. 17. Are there car rental facilities close to the resort?
Yes, there are several car rental locations close to the resort, some within walking distance. You may also contact the Concierge to arrange for rental pick-up and drop-off directly at the hotel or the airport.

19. What precautions will the hotel take if there is a hurricane in the area during my stay?
The resort offers a comprehensive hurricane preparedness plan, meaning all employees are prepared and informed in the case of a hurricane watch or warning. The hotel will evacuate as mandated by the Collier County Hurricane Center.
20. What are your policies pertaining to evacuations, refunds and cancellations?
Our current cancellation deposit is applied at the time of booking. Exceptions to this rule are noted on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. Our highly knowledgeable concierge staff will recommend only the safest and most reputable tours, attractions, restaurants and activities in Naples and the surrounding areas. Although we cannot be held responsible for experiences or incidents that take place off-property, we encourage you to provide us with feedback so that we can continue to improve upon our guest experience.
25. What are some of the local holidays that I should keep in mind when booking a stay? Are there certain times when some "must-see" attractions are closed?
Generally, this is a year round destination; however, please contact the concierge for specifics on open/close times, etc.

26. How is The Naples Grande Resort different than the other hotels in Naples?
In addition to an award-winning golf course and tennis courts, The Naples Grande Resort has recently renovated its guest rooms. Bathrooms feature dual vanities and a spacious soaking tub with a separate shower, and we offer numerous options for dining, activities and entertainment.

27. What if I don't have answers to all of the questions in the RFP? Can I still submit a proposal?
Yes. You may submit an RFP without knowing the full details of your function.
28. I would like to start planning a social event, like a wedding or a reunion. Can I still use the RFP?
Yes. You may submit an RFP for conferences, wedding, reunions, or any other social event.
29. Can I use the RFP to reserve a block of rooms even if I'm not hosting my event at the hotel?
It depends. You may use the RFP if your room block consists of six rooms or more. For room blocks of five or less, you must book online or over the phone.
